We deliver across the UAE and stand behind every product with a 2-year warranty. Here is how delivery, returns and warranty work, in plain words.
How delivery works
Order online, we confirm it, and a courier brings it to your address anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. If you are not sure which product fits your gate or door, message us before you order and we will help you choose.

Add products to your cart and check out with your delivery address and phone number.
We confirm it
You get a confirmation by email, phone or message with your order details.
We dispatch it
Your order is packed and handed to the courier for delivery within the UAE.
Check and receive
Inspect the goods when they arrive and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

All emirates in the UAE. We do not deliver outside the UAE.
Delivery charges
Worked out by weight and shown at checkout, from AED 15. See the table below. Very large orders get a quotation.

Times are estimates and depend on stock, your location and courier availability. Ask us for the latest estimate.
Delivery charges by weight
Delivery to any emirate is charged by the total weight of your order, so a small remote costs less to send than a heavy gate motor. Your exact charge appears in the cart and at checkout before you confirm. The weights below are typical for each product type. Orders with several items are added together.

Payment
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Available payment methods, including cash on delivery, are shown at checkout or in your quotation.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, so please check your order carefully before you buy.
This does not affect your legal rights. We will help you if a product is:
- Faulty
- Damaged on arrival
- Not as described
- Different from what you ordered
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund as appropriate under UAE consumer protection law. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method or another way we agree with you.
2-year warranty
Products supplied by Gate Automatic carry a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
- Covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship
- We repair or replace the product, or arrange the manufacturer service
Not covered
- Misuse or incorrect installation
- Unauthorised repair or modification
- Accidents, water or lightning damage, power surges
- Normal wear of parts such as batteries
Cancellations
You can ask to cancel an order before it is dispatched. Contact us as early as possible with your order number and we will confirm if it can be stopped.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?
No. We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout and depend on the weight of your products. For larger or special orders we will send you a quotation.
How long will my order take?
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on stock, your location and courier availability. Message us on WhatsApp for the latest estimate on your product.
Can I return a product after it is delivered?
We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, so please check your order carefully before buying. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or not what you ordered, contact us and we will resolve it under UAE consumer protection law and the 2-year warranty.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us straight away with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Can you install the product for me?
Yes, where we agree to install a product, the scope, price and timing are confirmed in your quotation. The gate or door must be in good mechanical condition and move freely.
